Normalize telling convention staff each and every time we find a vendor selling AI anything. Make it clear it bothers you and that it’s considered art theft. Either more cons will learn to cut the rot out & foster a better creative space for our communities, or we learn which cons can’t be trusted.

on May 8th, 2026, at 2:49 PM screenshotter's time, Microdose Comics and Graphic Novels replies to a blocked post with "Why did you stay for 11 years. Doesn't that make you the greedy one ?"

Skythread reveals the blocked post, which reads, "worked under Jon for 11 years and he's nothing but insufferable and greedy." This was posted at 10:09 PM on May 5th, 2026. On May 8th at 2:36 PM, an account identifying itself as Jon Oringer responds, "I was ? Why did you stay for 11 years ?" The Microdose comment comes 13 minutes later, presumably after the Jon Oringer account was blocked. "Why did you stay for 11 years" is the same in both, as is the space before each question mark.
