I like to think I'm a "reasonable consumer" so I won't be giving Sony any more money. I'm more than happy with my old games. The way gaming has been going, I've basically locked into to retro gaming now. People seriously have to stop giving money to companies that literally don't care about us.

YouTube finally lets you edit thumbnails for Shorts, so i went through and fixed all the game collection shorts to be the box or cartridge. It looks so much cleaner than random screenshots of no context gameplay. New collection short posts in 2.5hrs <3 www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...

Retro friends i got a game cartridge question. Super Mario All-Stars on SNES, boots fine but won't press Start to change screens? I found like two vague reddit posts talking about the same issue but no solution. Cleaned the pins, the board/soldering looks perfectly clean. Any ideas?

The more I ponder what Mary said here, I think it is VERY important for those who don't like this EVEN IF YOU DON'T STREAM and want to send a message to Amazon on where the Twitch community falls in the genAI discussion to go in their settings and turn this off. Twitch's "Allow your channel content to train generative AI models" setting is here and on by default. Go turn that shit off, streamer!! The toggle is under your Settings, then 'Security and Privacy'

PSA: Twitch has AUTOMATICALLY opted you in for ANY content on your channel to be used to train gen-AI. Make sure you go to Settings > Security and Privacy to opt-out, as I have done. Note that this ONLY opts you out on YOUR OWN channel.
