Someone tried to tell me I was wrong on IG bc I said filters that lighten your skin and change your nose/face shape are racist and colorist. Then when I provided receipts on actual studies that have been done he told me I had a “handicap mindset” because I’m always talking about race.

Now is a good time to learn some basic gardening. I anticipate produce prices increasing due to labor issues in our agricultural industry as a result of Cheeto man. & people are complaining about eggs… Meanwhile the meat is diseased & there’s no one to harvest produce.

Just finished my first workout in 2.5 years and my arms and legs might actually fall off omg Idk how I went from going to the gym daily, sometimes 2x to being so sedentary 😭😭 Actually, it was depression, but still. Why not be depressed and go walk. Not depressed and eat snacks all day 😭

Crab, Shrimp, & sausage Gumbo I normally don’t use whole crab legs in my gumbo bc they’re aggy and messy to eat, but my grocer didn’t have any lump crab & I only had one small can in the fridge. Also, I like to put my Trinity in the food processor. It keeps it thicccc. #blackfoodsky
