I agree, you could learn a few things from Andres; like not settling for mediocrity.

Surface parking is an untapped gold mine of value, especially city-owned lots. Here’s the surface parking acreage within Houston city limits. Some of the city’s most valuable land is parking lots generating little property tax and near-zero sales tax. Your taxes subsidize those lots downtown.

This isn’t new. Arrays have been in excel since the 1990s. I know I’m working with power users when I inherit a spreadsheet leveraging the dimensionality of arrays.

Not really. Dem party did very little to address economic disparity of working class during Biden admin. Working class have been left behind for decades by both parties. Trump’s lies are more than the Dems offered.

@marketplace.org had a great segment last night on the unintended consequences of a diesel export ban. Give it a listen, it was more wild than I would have expected.

When Blue Bell's ice cream killed ppl they concealed the fact and kept selling their product. After that episode, IMO it's journalistic malpractice to keep promoting their every new product like some fun news story w/o ever mentioning it. To me, they've lost all benefit of the doubt.

Fans have been begging for this Blue Bell flavor. It's back.

It pays homage to a treat that was discontinued in 2015.
