Finally, worth noting that Endell Street is an important lesson in allyship. Murray herself tried to give Director General of Army Medical Services, Sir Alfred Keogh, joint credit for Endell Street's achievements, which he refused. She called him "their armour"

Remembering Gwyneth Bebb today. She passed Oxford law finals with first class marks in 1913, but was refused a degree. The CA rejected her claim to become a solicitor, saying only men were "persons" within the legislation. In 1920 she finally became a Bar student. But died in childbirth in 1921.

And last night I got to see two bands that, in the 90s, I never thought I'd get a chance to see ... The Rezillos supported by Goodbye Mr Mackenzie. Both were excellent, and well worth catching if you get the chance. I was definitely some way down the age profile for once, though.

Just got back from seeing two bands who don't sing in English - Skald (Old Norse) and The Hu (Mongolian). Excellent gig, but now I have an odd urge to sack the cities and churches of Europe.

4. “labels damage kids” compared to what? The report found undiagnosed ADHD links to school exclusion, unemployment, criminal justice involvement, self-harm, suicide. *Being missed and unsupported* is the harm

2. It shouldn't need restating, but a waiting list doesn’t mean too many people have #ADHD. It means huge numbers who were missed for decades are finally seeking answers. That’s not overdiagnosis. It’s the backlog of a lifetime of under-diagnosis

1. The independent Taskforce — commissioned by NHS England, backed by government — concluded ADHD is under-diagnosed, under-recognised and under-treated in the UK. Not over. The press has reported the reverse of the finding www.thetimes.com/uk/healthcar...

Having grown up in Wales, I can testify that if you are actually worried about your culture and history being under threat, the thing to do is write poetry and songs, perform plays, tell stories and organise festivals, not just sit around whining.

This is true. But also false. Kids in uni are still living through the Global Financial Crisis. It's just that we transferred the Global, Financial and Crisis elements away from banks and handed them to the society they'll inherit.

Not to shame this woman (her actions shame her) but because the politics & sociology of the aesthetic are so interesting
