Trying to relearn how to draw. I'm trying to do a study of one pokemon a day. The first, of course, was Ninetales

A study of Ninetales in 0.5 mechanical pencil on sketchpad. Three figures study the basic shapes, how the anatomy flows, and how to recreate Ninetales iconic kitsune shapes.

The final figure is a full, cleaned up sketch. It has several annotations talking about what i learned from the process

-bottom of muzzle connects smoothly to neck
-neck transitions to chest tuft in single smooth line
-front legs about as long as neck + head
-tails all originate from single point
-let haunches guide the shape and flow of tails
-HOW DID KEN SUGIMORI MAKE THE HAIR NOT LOOK LIKE A SONIC OC?!

Also keep in mind that one of the owners of BD has always had a hard on about buying FA and taking over FA. Please support FA so that never happens. When I worked their they made us contact the people who had ads on FA to try to get them to post ads on e621 instead.

Realized I hadn't gotten the platinum on Inscryption and of course the one trophy left requires hitting for 666 damage. I looped Pharoh's Pets plus oroborus and used any bones accrued to power the bone pile, but that still demanded i loop laggy inputs *over 600 times*
