update I was perusing the cleveland and mayo clinic websites reading about my symptoms and they basically all coincide with side effects of a medication I recently started taking an increased dose of 😌 I actually hate pharmacology I thought this shit was supposed to make me better not worse!

still have no idea why my aunt felt the need to say that to us #art #comic

not really an update because it's been a bit of a struggle trying to fit Ellipsus into my workflow right now. most of the writing I'm doing these days is note-taking, which I use Joplin for, and Ellipsus being web-exclusive is an annoyance for me personally, but the little I have used it I've loved!

you know when a kid scrapes their knee or smth and the Funny Parent will be like "welp, no choice but to amputate then" as a way to like, catastrophize but make it funny as a perspective check? I've found that adding that to my self-talk repertoire has helped in preventing actual catastrophizing.

I was thinking about this and I think my problem is that sometimes Tasks are just Tasks but sometimes Tasks are part of a Project and having all of those in one place overwhelms and frightens me so then I avoid the app but if I only use it for one or the other I inevitably forget the stuff not there
