And number three at #fantasycon - this time about the 40th Anniversary of Labyrinth!
A photograph of a page of five pencil sketched busts. On the top left is a light skinned person with shoulder length hair pulled back from their face. They are wearing glasses and have a round face. They are labelled "Siân O'Hara". On the top right is a light skinned person with long curly dark hair, facing to the left and glancing towards the viewer. They are labelled "Katie Bruce". On the middle left is another light skinned person with long curly dark hair. This one is smiling widely. They are labelled "PS Livingston". On the middle right is a light skinned person with thinning, wispy hair. They have a round face and are smiling gently towards the viewer. They are labelled "Gary Couzens". At the bottom of the page is a bald, light skinned person. They are wearing glasses and have a faint gesture at a beard. They are labelled Paul Frankl.

… and now I finally have a chance to show off my recall when it fails me in a dozen ways every single day of my life and you question my knowledge! (Mumbling and further question asked) - no I have no idea who the third *name* sibling is, and that’s of no use to anyone. Why is that deemed worthy???

And this is why I’d never get past any screening for a TV show! Them - Can you tell me more about how you got to this answer? Me - Because it’s the right one Them - But why are you so sure? Me - Because I’ve retained this useless knowledge for who knows how long…

Gorgeous! Art isn’t just physical ability (imho), it’s the intention of putting thoughts into any shared medium. So maybe now you’re just finding new ways to do so, and you feel like they’re not as “good” (arbitrary, btw). We can still feel from what you create, we still react. But it’s damn good 👍

And I suppose entrails are too messy, as well as ethically questionable. Maybe all it wanted was to be appreciated so reupholstering it might be sufficient?

There’s no screening for ovarian cancer and it’s really difficult to spot: you can’t squidge your ovaries in the shower to check for lumps. Also it’s very good at masquerading at other things, like IBS and diverticulitis. Please take a look at this list of symptoms - and share if you can.

Cancer of the ovary, fallopian tube or peritoneum usually causes symptoms that are similar to common non-cancerous conditions. This can make it difficult to diagnose early.
If you have any of these symptoms or get these symptoms regularly, your GP should offer you cancer tests:
• a long-lasting bloated or swollen tummy
• feeling full quickly when you eat
• loss of appetite
• pain in the lower tummy area or back
• peeing (passing urine) more often than usual
• needing to pee urgently (feeling like you cannot hold on).
Other symptoms may include:
• a change in your normal bowel function (diarrhoea or constipation)
• weight loss for no obvious reason
• unexplained or extreme tiredness (fatigue)
• vaginal bleeding after the menopause.
If you are aged 50 or older and develop symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) for the first time, you should also have tests. IBS can cause bloating and changes in bowel function. But it does not usually start after the age of 50.
