One heavy night during the war, I was sitting in our worn-out living room, surrounded by darkness.
There was no sound except the thunder of bombs, the constant buzz of drones, and the eerie glow of those balloons dropped from the sky by warplanes.
I looked out of the window and saw a sight I will never forget — the sky burning silently, fearfully, warning of what’s to come.
In that moment, I felt so small… yet somehow, I’m still here, and my heart refuses to give up.

I’m a woman from Gaza. I used to work as a fitness coach, doing my best to help other women reclaim their strength — physically and emotionally.
But the war didn’t just take away my home and my job. It took away safety, sleep, proper food, even the ability to dream.

Today, I begin again — not just to share my story, but to ask for a chance.
A chance to leave this siege behind, to study, to build my career, and one day open a gym for women — a space for healing and strength after all we’ve endured.

I’m not asking for pity. I’m reaching out with love, hoping someone out there might help me cross from this painful chapter into a future filled with mercy and meaning.
