also started Buffalo Tiger: A Life in the Everglades. a very captivating & interesting memoir by the former Miccosukee leader Buffalo Tiger. lots of stories about his childhood in the 1920s before there was a reservation. and how he became a leader of his tribe.

results of my new daily nettle tea regimen for anemia: less tired feel stronger Surprising result was stronger nails?! could also be from the nettle rosemary hair/scalp oil (i make it its on my et sy) negatives:hypoglycemic &it appears to exacerbate that by lowering blood sugar so I changed to 3/wk

text: Starting a daily practice of making and drinking a small pot of Nettle Tea everyday for anemia and general health.

I put the jar out on the counter by the tea maker so I don’t forget 🌿

Nettle is a superfood filled w antioxidants, vitamins & minerals. Such a generous plant! 🙏
