After taking some needed time away, I’m back seeking new TTRPG Narrative Design work! I love writing character-focused & somewhat macabre stories, and am looking to collaborate on writing with creators who wish to build games with equal parts intensity and compassion in mind ☀️ 🔗 below to contact!

I downloaded House Flipper from Steam because it was free during their spring sale and I fear I’ve found my new obsession. I had to force myself to stop playing because I knew otherwise it’d be the crack of dawn and my cats would find me like this at my computer 😭

Delayed life/art update for Bluesky: I was part of my first gallery show w/ an original piece for the first time in about a decade. The show ‘Black Queer GRITS (Girls Raised In The South) was so beautiful & I can’t thank everyone enough. ‘Outer Blue’ is the name of my piece and I’m so proud of it 💙

A Polaroid of me next to my mixed media art piece displayed on the top portion of the gallery wall

My artist statement:

‘Outer Blue’ depicts my back and forth desire to fit into the mold of what it means to be a Black woman, yet feeling like a strange entity in my own body: stretched thin, fragmented, and billowing. The figure in the piece stands between a dotted horizon, looking directly at the viewer. They stand strong, but there’s a wavering element to their stance against the dark blue background that is hesitant. The iridescent sphere hovering over the elongated form serves as a balancing act that is my gender; one that has me teetering between female, male and nothing I can quite comprehend.

Have hobbies. Hobbies of all kinds. Lean into other interests and things you love because they will influence and help you as a comic creator in very surprising ways. Watching films, reconnecting with nature, doing OTHER art related things. Taking a step back from comics helped me get closer to it.
