at the time I had my youngest I was driving a red Audi a4 stick shift. I loooooooved that car. had to trade it in because it was not made for two baby car seats. Audi stopped making manual transmissions in 2016 so upgrade me to an S4 for me and I’ll pay to make it showroom fab

for example, a common workout is tempo: reps at 70% pace with shorter rest (eg if you run 100m in 12.0s racing, for workout you’re doing each rep in 15.6s). girls will do their best to hit the mark - but there were times we had to get on our boys not to race each other. that’s about it.

last year, after 15+ years coaching at an all-girls school, I began coaching at a co-ed school and my program is co-ed - there aren’t separate girls’ and boys’ track teams. i’m here to tell you the biggest difference I’ve noticed is girls follow directions better and seem more receptive to process
