Finished Digimon Beatbreak today. My review I fucking adored it i don’t have any salient points rn but GOD I loved it

Digimon Beatbreak is about how tech ceos are not human and are fundamentally evil.

Truthfully if I could even just get 20 more dollars a month in my Patreon, that would pay my rent each month and make surviving that much more manageable.

I hate that theyve stripped all the fun from SG optimus who was a specific weird evil twink who reveled in violence and evil into just. evil optimus. nemisis prime but in charge and purple.

#Shiptember Day 30: Homage Freedom Star Wojnaae is a deeply important project to me. However (IF ever) it will be, it passes under the shadows of my influences: greater artists like Leiji Matsumoto, Shi Kai Wang, and Jhonen Vasquez. Not suffocated below them, but lifted up by them. Up to the stars.

Hey everyone, I'm really in a bind. I was just told earlier today that my job will be terminating me on October 13th, exactly one day before my upcoming requested paid medical leave to recover from bottom surgery. I intend to fight this in court, but I could really use some help in the meantime.

New here but, I'm tired of calculating anal circumference with each new character. We should be able to default to a standard choice of sizes, or not roll at all, I don't understand it's relevance, but the GM insists we play RAW.

A bunch of my favorite Digimon have been showing up in beat break (I’m only half way through so no spoilers) so it’s doing a LOT to tickle my brain

There’s a lot of it and it’s all very cute and I actually wanna play the card game and I REALLY wanna draw some more Digimon. This is the only warning you get.

I think a lot of people bemoan DnDs use of many dice but tbh it’s one of the few things I like about it. I like the sort of gamble on damage values you get when you use many different values of dice!

smolgrape | kinda hiatus @smolgrape.com · 31/03/2026

I think there’s a lot of value in nonstandard types of dice but also that just designing with more than a d6 or D20 can be really exciting!

Syd is responsible for the design of Angelfire Ignition, AKA Calypso Tarantula's signature mech, AKA my GM saying "oh fuck this must be what it's like to fight a Gundam" 1000% worth the wait.

A blue mech wielding a sword in each hand; one of the swords is projected energy around a central core. The sword and her cape are both billowing orange and gold. The mech is further strapped with backup swords and knives in multiple mounts.
