Chairman Rocky is a lot like Chevy Chase. You thought he was funny and cool back in the 80s then you realize General Council laid the foundations of everything good about CitPot (lineal descent, tuition money, casinos etc) and hes actually a guy who just shows up to be an asshole to every CitPot

Within Citizen Potowatomi, there are ~40,000 Pots. Within those Pots, there are around 2,000 Pots who regularly vote. Within those 2,000 are probably around 800 or so Pots of what I'd call "The Rocky Party", or the Fire Lake (aptly named place!) Pots, their Chairman, Rocky
