You couldn't get ahold of dispatch without sitting on hold for half an hour, and it just wasn't worth it for the low wage they paid on top of it all. I've already found a new job that paus better and has actual benefits and a set schedule, started on-boarding and everything.

There were other issues too like impossible routes because we'd be scheduled to pick up two people at the same time who lived 30 minutes apart, or have multiple wheelchair trips scheduled at the same time too when the van could only hold one wheelchair.

I don't think I ever said anything on here, but I quit that transit job a few weeks ago. They were ha ing us work 14+ hours a day, starting as early as 3AM and sometimes not finishing til 8 or even 9 PM, but they also weren't paying us for the full time. I would get paid for ten hours max most times
