I love playing on PC and old consoles. I get to cheat in singleplayer games all I want and can even do reverse cheating if I want more of a challenge. Or I can make some things easier and some things harder.

We always had digital cameras growing up but I definitely remember having film cameras too. So I guess I'd say I don't remember when you *had* to have film developed, but I remember when it was still prevalent.

I finally upgraded to Android 16 (well, LineageOS 23) from Android 13 (because that's the last version before Sony stopped supplying updates for the Xperia 1 III). I also finally got around to rooting my phone, so maybe primitive ftpd will be of some use for me now

For anyone out of the loop - GZDoom had an exodus of pretty much all their developers because reasons I will not go into. And now they branched into UZdoom: github.com/UZDoom/UZDoom Go use it! It's ran by awesome people, has a lot of awesome features, with many more to come. (GZDoom is dead)

A couple years ago I took an assembly class as part of a CS degree and for some reason we were using Borland TurboAssembler (in DOSBox) and I was doing some research to write some programs and I stumbled upon a book titled Undocumented DOS and I've been curious about it ever since.
