WIP. Parkside adjacent Patternicity. #GameDev #LevelDesign

Vaulting pillars of granite and reinforced concrete rise from the sloped manicured grass of an artificial hillside. A recreation area poured of the same concrete has been made for the research staff of Patternicity. Decorative walls of a warmer striated stone almost appear eroded from the hanging growths of vines and white flowers, the same that are scattered on the gradient as if moss or a pullulating inflammation.

A closer examination of the decorative striated stone that is inset and extruded from a supporting granite pillar. Vines and plants and some invasive white flowers have sprouted on these forms.

Apartment Story (2024). I can't speak highly enough of the lighting and materiality of this deeply suspenseful and atmospheric thriller directed by Sean Wenham. Such masterful ambiance.
