Streaming took a backseat in September. Adjusting to new glasses, back in the gym regularly, up at the same time (almost) every day including weekends (!), a lot of health focus right now. October will hopefully be fun even without being a Halloween guy. An ambitious schedule, I'll do my best!

I really like how the Catalyst skin looks with the Ironmouse wrap. Has ended up being one of my fav skins in awhile especially in Fox Clan colours! Also I got that new Minecraft cape from a friend's stream. Eventually I will play actual Minecraft! (My skin is Chandra from MTG)

recently my friend's comics professor told her that it's acceptable to use gen AI for script-writing but not for art, since a machine can't generate meaningful artistic work. meanwhile, my sister's screenwriting professor said that they can use gen AI for concept art and visualization, but that it won't be able to generate a script that's any good. and at my job, it seems like each department says that AI can be useful in every field except the one that they know best.

It's only ever the jobs we're unfamiliar with that we assume can be replaced with automation. The more attuned we are with certain processes, crafts, and occupations, the more we realize that gen AI will never be able to provide a suitable replacement. The case for its existence relies on our ignorance of the work and skill required to do everything we don't.

Marvel's, at least Marvel US, Panini in UK and EU are a bit better, trade printing policies are all over the place. The Premier Collection does not seem long for this world either as they are trying another digest format, which is such a Marvel take on the digest craze that it physically hurts me.

Between getting into this and Game of Thrones in 2026, I sure am setting myself up for a lot of disappointment lately! Anyway, I really enjoyed this. I will be zipping around the Earth-6160 books as I get them from the library but I'm looking forward to the next one. 8.5/10!

Going through my Steam library for things to scratch the current Diablo itch for the next few days. A lot of people recommended Halls of Torment. It's definitely got the Diablo 1 and 2 vibes and look but transplanted into a Vampire Survivors-like. Interesting so far, will be playing some more!
