Never thought I’d see a Battle of Olympus remake. Instantly had the music blast in my head like I was 5 again. I kind of love the 8-Bit to 16-Bit upgrade. Makes it really feel like it was pulled from an alternate reality where the game got the Super Mario All-Stars treatment in the 90s. #blutoid

It's foreign to me to feel like this. I've always loved geeking out about things to and worth others -- that's what made tech journalism so exhilarating Forums and early social media were a thrill. Twitter before the fall was full of friends and slow (and fast) conversations But now? I don't know.

I love Final Fantasy. I have gone as far to say that it's part of who I am. I really like Disney. Animation is magic and Walt sure trained a lot of wizards. I should love Kingdom Hearts, but it just... doesn't really work? It's a pastiche of interesting things without cohesion. Feels wasted.

Aw heck. What I played of the demo was fun. I swear I've seen more AI in the last two months than ever. Sadly the signage on lots of local businesses have been replaced with AI And I've seen A LOT of AI food on menus What are they doing?! That's not your food. Just take a picture of your food!!

"I don't read" drove me crazy in the late 1990s, because I heard it all the time from kids who "didn't like reading" but spent all their free time on the internet, which was very text heavy at the time. You read a ton, and when it's not "assigned" you love it. But no. "I hate reading"

I haven't read a movie novel since high school, but these were fun - because they're based on earlier draft scripts, there's a bunch of unused scenes and odd changes Like in the GB1 novel it specifically says the no ghost logo has Casper the Friendly Ghost in it. I guess they didn't get the rights!

I appreciate your perspective, but please don't outsource analysis or thinking too large language model AI systems.. They are predictive text machines. Their job is not to tell you facts but to predict the most likely next word that sounds plausible. Truth and relevancy aren't their goals.

The "true" claim it made wasn't useful in the context of the discussion. Instead of addressing the issue of it being difficult to buy property due to investors buying up an outsized portion of the market, it highlighted a metric of total ownership that wasn't relevant to the question at hand.
