This is not written in response to an accusation or anything. Just something that's been on my mind. To Love the Stars too Fondly is a tough read for some, and that's perfectly okay. If you have any questions about content warnings, my DMs are always open ❤️

Terra is not defined by her trauma, and neither are you.

Trauma is complicated, and so is life. It's not a secret that Terra is the victim of a hate crime that happens before the book begins. I make a lot of jokes about Terra being the "Traumatized Barista", and she'd call herself that too. Humor is a way to cope with tragedy, but it doesn't define her, nor does tragedy define you or me. There is always hope to heal, and that's the journey we take with her.

Love after loss is a latte to handle

-witty and spicy
-rich girl x barista
-trauma and healing
-"enemies" to lovers
-butch/femme

For your consideration...some quotes from To Love the Stars too Fondly ✨️ Just two more days to pledge for the special edition with foil and pleather and printed edges! It's an absolute treasure of a book, so it deserves a beautiful presentation to match.

"Is this your secret, rich girl? You just want a hot femme to boss you around?"

"You think that's a secret, Princess? With t*ts like that, you could have me on my knees."

"My mother and I don't talk anymore."

"I'm sorry to hear that."

"Don't be. She's a b*tch."

"Fair enough. What a f*cking b*tch."

"She looks so beautiful beneath the stars."

Alex smiled softly, her face set sweetly upon me. "She does."

"With you, I don't feel broken. You make me feel brave. You make me feel like I'm worthy of love."
