Entered the 1040 line data into a spreadsheet for all those years to see the trend. It's rather interesting to see an almost entire lifetime of income, deductions, credits, & taxes. 000

We will not use it where the patient is not comfortable it be used and decline. The PA should not have reacted negatively to it being refused. We have quite a few who decline. 2/2 070

I really dislike paper so I scan any paper docs keeping them electronically. Also compile all the data in a spreadsheet for easy tax app entry. 030
