Please keep in mind that the SCOTUS decision giving trump immunity is not based on the Constitution but on their own personal preferences. The immunity might or might not be extended to Biden. We don't know because it's not even legal.

From my friend Ashley Mack: 35 states have a state constitutional amendment or statutes prohibiting same-sex marriage. Chances are your state has a ban. SCOTUS justices as well as members of Trump’s incoming admin have suggested same-sex marriage should be a state issue. Local elections matter!
