Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 19/07/2026Very much so…and great rulebook. I’m jumping in pretty smoothly. 110
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 19/07/2026Excited to get Coast Watchers to the table! Another great one by @volko.bsky.social and @gmtgames.bsky.social #wargaming #boardgames #bgg 2283
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 13/05/20261815: Scum of the Earth is a fun and quick-playing lane-battler that plays well solo too! 020
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 04/05/2026Penitent by @danbullock.bsky.social was a standout experience - thought-provoking, challenging, and greatly educational. I’m still thinking about this game. Highly recommend if you want a game that makes you think as much as you play. Don’t judge my prison design. It’s already been judged 😩. 2175
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 23/04/2026You’ll thank me later. Enjoy!! You’re one up on me with that expansion!! 140
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 14/04/2026I’ll add to what zillablitz said, in that it was a vastly different experience playing the PAVN side…we tried to remain hidden, cause confusion and control information all while harassing the US/ROK/ARVN forces as much as possible. 110
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 14/04/2026Your enthusiasm for this game has me intrigued…I need to give it a shot! 130
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 13/04/2026I had a great time trying out the new design in the Recon Series by @volko.bsky.social at Day 3 of #circledc2026 - Masher: Search & Destroy in Vietnam 2272
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 13/04/2026It was a busy but fantastic Day 2 at #CircleDC2026 I started the day with a demo of A Forlorn Hope, then a play-through of the upcoming game,Triumvir, with designer @gengelstein.bsky.social next was a Fields of Fire tutorial session with designer Ben Hull, and a great dinner to close out the night. 150

Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 09/02/2026This game is beautiful…and also deadly. Relaxing….and also stressful. 😆 #Cairn on #PS5 010

Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 16/01/2026This is the most visceral gaming experience I’ve ever had…game wise it’s very swingy (lots of dice rolls), but story-wise, it was draining! I would not recommend crossing no-man’s land in The Great War. Oof! #wwI #bgg #wargame #trenchraid #boardgame 130
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 15/08/2025Perfect setting for an RPG!! “The clan is my blood and the Pillar is my master” 030

Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 12/04/2025Ahh! Of course. I didn’t even consider that. We deal with similar challenges sharing information in the architecture & planning world as well. 110
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 12/04/2025Started a new campaign tonight using the old Star Wars West End Games D6 RPG system…nice to take a break from D&D and enjoy a little nostalgic gaming! I still have my old rule books from the 80s. 270
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 09/04/2025Another awesome episode! I’ve always wondered how these games were used professionally. I wasn’t sure from the conversation (and maybe it’s obvious to some), but is it safe to assume most of these games are analog as opposed to digital? There must be pros/cons to each. 220
Scott @scottso.bsky.social · 08/04/2025Tammany Hall! Fun, but cutthroat for sure! They ganged up on me at the end since I had control of the juiciest territory. 😝 110
