As somebody who lives in Scotland I enjoyed the recent UK hide and seek because I know all those stations. The park they couldn't get too because of multi curses in Dunbar was a regular visit when Baz was a kid.

I had to do a teacher training post in a private school having nearly gone to one on a full bursary for being well clevs. Also my cousin went to one when I was his au pair. My experience was they are wonderful places for those that attend, and a bit of a disaster for society. Burning hot take.
