It was very good! I cried twice and my friend and I took a group photo with some other folks at the end. If you’re even a casual fan of Linkin Park, it’s a really good film. (Also it’s only in theaters today and Oct 3rd)

I checked my blood sugar via a finger stick, and then my CGM updated a second later with the EXACT same number. (For non-diabetics: CGM stands for “continuous glucose monitor”, and those numbers usually differ slightly”) Does this mean I’m gonna have a great day?!?!

Today I learned that sometimes the best tool is the one you just have in your kitchen… Turns out parchment paper is the best material to use in between the heat press and the foil material we use on my mats. It’s only a little frustrating because I already spent $15-20 each on 3 other materials…

So far, I'm 3-ish days into not having Instagram on my phone. It's been a little weird at times, but ultimately good. After a few weeks, I feel like I won't even think about it not being there. That was the case when I deleted TikTok too.

I saw everything announced at D23, and I think I’m just done with Disney. I am sad because I do love The Incredibles, and I used to really enjoy the Marvel movies, but I don’t remember much of the second Incredibles. I just don’t care about Disney anymore.

As an illustrator, I do so many jobs all the time. I have to do the art, promote the art, send emails and invoices, track inventory, design product, order product, sell art, train assistants, pack and ship orders, and book travel. I love it, but I do SO much beyond making cool images.
