I still see a lot of confusion about what decompilation, recompilation and ports are and what level of effort is involved in each type of project. It's important that people understand the difference, as recompilation took a drastically different meaning that when it was originally introduced.

At the part in AC Black Flag Remastered where you have to do ship stealth and I'm just "man they really didn't change THIS????" It was always so freaking stupid.

Reaching a point where I will play something in full before reading the discourse, then going back to read the discourse, and disagreeing ... Not generally because my opinion is the opposite, but sometimes I wonder if I'm on a different wavelength? Some folks really exaggerate shit.

30. Path of Mystery: A Brush with Death / ミステリーの歩き方 i was drawn to this because of the artstyles used (abstract lineless art, pixel art, modern anime), and I liked the dev's previous game. It did take some time for me to get into it, but I was pretty engaged halfway through. When's the sequel?

23. Paranormasight: The Mermaid's Curse It is Dave the Diver. You do not manage a sushi shop. It was okay! Don't stop making these games! However I would appreciate tighter writing ; I thought the game unfortunately fumbled the romance aspects and felt like a clunkily-implemented last addition.

39. People of Note I'll say it felt like FF10 at home but it got better as time went on and became its own thing. I liked the ability system, the combat system was neat. I was a musical theatre kid growing up, and LOVED the musical numbers (even if the soundtrack was 1-5-3 a lot). Credits were cute.
