I can't stress enough how close U.S. science is to the cliff. "Numbers released in May by the National Science Foundation (NSF) indicate that if Congress approves the cuts to the agency proposed by the White House, the number of early-career researchers it supports could fall by 78%" (@science.org)

The Trump regime's attacks on science & the rule of law may be part of a longer term fascistic agenda to disempower every aspect of society that stands in the way of weaponizing climate chaos & ecosystem collapse to create a "new" society of extreme exploitation, profit & power

9. On the biodiversity front, TEHP has a fund to buy up large areas of land and create biodiversity reservoirs, biodiversity corridors and sacrosanct ancient forest. The goal is to restore the ancient network of these, that once stretched from the Atlantic coasts of the British Isles into Asia

The golden rule in society, for people practicing business is that business people themselves must never have more wealth than the poorest people in the society. If you want more, make sure everyone has more. This golden rule totally changes the dynamics in society from harmful to beneficial.

We have this terrible cognitive dissonance, whereby time after time business people do something terrible. We all say: "Oh this is terrible, how did it happen? Surely we need to put more money into business" And then of course, something worse happens. So it goes round, without anyone noticing

Getting the human world to operate in opposition to the natural world is quite a feat really. This ultra fubar has been brought about by implementing the ideology known as business. Business, the word originally meant fearful - fearful about abundance. Lacking in faith, lacking in understanding

Lack of awareness, underpins all present problems. This is a lack of awareness of the nature of the Self and the way the world works. Because of this lack of awareness there is no discernment. From lack of discernment come poor decisions aiming at the wrong goal.

People seem to think its only the pursuit of wealth by the billionaire class which is harmful. It is just as harmful in the middle class, and in the working class. I appreciate this is a bit like telling glue-sniffers that sniffing glue is harmful.

One of the most important bits of missing knowledge from modern society is that downward facing societies always, without exception at any time, produce deprivation & disorder. Ignorance of this truth is strong across the whole society, but is especially dense, in the business strata of our society.
