This argument that the Welsh Government can't remediate for the employer NICs decision because it will "take money away from the NHS" is a bit daft. The NHS will be directly affected when 3rd sector orgs, delivering commissioned services, have to cut those services.

A DSM-disorder diagnosis may not be helpful for everyone. Studies show that overtime some diagnosis can have a harmful impact on our mental health including the dx of personality disorder and the dx of ADHD. We must take this seriously and prioritise evidence-based alternatives.
