So I thought I'd have a bit of fun with AI and see what it might come up with, combining my black belt and barrister skills in one photo. This is what it came up with. With apologies for the obviously American court background and of course the gavel. We can't expect miracles yet with AI!

Well it does mean that if you run the point, there's an opportunity for the receiving party to put in witness evidence in advance of defending what could be a very serious charge. And having the all heard by the DCJ means more consistency in decisions, which has to be good.

I raised #Mazur today in Birmingham CC on a cost schedule with only a Grade D on running the case. The judge said they had just had an email from the Designated Circuit Judge on Fri that any cases relying on Mazur had to go to him for directions and hearing, because the implications were so serious.
