A piece of wisdom… Don’t set off insecticide smoke bombs in your rental house without noticing that there are smoke alarms in all of the rooms… Been running around from room to room trying to waft smoke away from them… Long falls of insecticide and my ears hurt

Hi old friends I paused Bluesky as discovered new house had no broadband or mobile reception so anytime that I go to the top of the house,to get reception, I have to use that time to work! I’ve accidentally had 4 non-alcohol evenings Today assumed I’d dropped 2 sizes (my washing machine broke 2 years ago & shrunk my clothes at my waist) But old clothes still too small so looked up: 1 kg of fat 7700 cal Half a bottle of wine 300 cal Therefore NO drinking for 25 days to lose 1kg
