If you haven't seen this film, stop reading and go watch it. Go in blind. I promise you will love it.

I don’t know if I like ‘I Am The Pretty Thing That Lives in The House’. I don’t dislike it. I have watched it three or four times now and have been captivated by it every time. But I have no idea if I like it.

I don’t like this movie. And I hate being this negative about a film, but there’s really just nothing in this movie that I feel like I can praise. It does nothing interesting and does plenty of things poorly. And worst of all, it’s boring.

I can’t imagine anybody coming out of this film having hated it. The production is too good to call it bad by any fair assessment. But it’s definitely a film that will have a strong appeal to some viewers while probably leaving others satisfied but a little cold.

‘Death Whisperer’ is a modern day Hammer Horror movie with ambitions of epicness. That ambition is impossible, of course. It’s contradictory. But the end result is something unique and worth every second I spent watching it.
