My husband and his friends realised they thought they were good guys but still made like, ironic-sexist jokes. They introduced the 'sexism snake' where wherever one of them made a sexist comment or joke, the others would just start hissing. Didn't need to get into an argument about it, just hissing.

Make bigger evening meals and have leftovers for lunch. Fewer steps to chuck something in a microwave and heat it. You don’t actually have to assemble sandwiches. Toast and butter the bread and eat the fillings separately if you need to.

Ugh I feel this one. One way of thinking that I have found helpful is: you are a balloon and life is going to come at you with a variety of pins. Dealing with the smaller, manageable ones helps you deal with the bigger, unavoidable ones better. Learning which pins you can remove is the key!

I only had three apparently but all mine were taken under general before they erupted. They were growing sideways as my jaw is too small. If you can get them done all at once then definitely recommend. Recovery is never going to be great but at least you only have to do it once.

Yeeeeah low angle isn’t doing anyone any favours. It’s meant to be a flattering angle for men, but for women it’s terrible, so it’s not you, it’s definitely the crappy photographer. No woman looks good from that angle.

I sometimes brush my teeth earlier in the evening when I can cope with the sensory better. You can get flossing sticks that look a bit like a slingshot so no fingers. Music makes dopamine so chores are easier and apparently video game music shorts out executive dysfunction to get you started.
