And this summer, I started out front. Dug out all the gravel in the sweltering heat, ripped up the "weed barrier", topsoiled it and finally sowed clover seed last week. Good time of year for it, as the grass is bursting through. The patches will fill once the clover develops out.

Our previous home owners had created a "low maintenance" outer environment. Artificial grass and gravel out back. Gravel out front. Over the last two years I replaced the gravel out back with a wildflower patch, and swapped the artificial stuff for a micro-clover lawn.

That's the thing, the programme worked very hard to make this an "either/or issue" when it's actually a "yes, and". Not everyone needs, can or wants to medicated. But those cases, and environmental factors, shouldn't undermine the need for others' treatment. That, irresponsibly, was their failure.

This is a deeply disappointing piece of reporting. There are a lot of problems with ADHD care in this country; whether it's a social construct is not one of them. ADHD is internationally medically recognised, and as a disability in 2010 Equality Act. This 'documentary' is sciencewashed propaganda.
