If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it. Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice. But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word. They aren’t firing for a reason.

Honestly the BIGGEST fuck you to the insurance I started in January that decided I needed to pay $7,500 a month for medication because it’s considered “specialty” for my CHRONIC ILLNESS that I have been on for 8 months and has been proven to be the only medication to help me. (1/6)

Ever wondered why walking around museums is weirdly tiring? At normal speed our legs act like pendulums, swinging forward from the hip & saving us a huge amount of energy. In "museum shuffle" our muscles must do ALL the work of constant readjustment. So cake in the cafe is scientifically justified 🥳

It’s 10:30pm and I finally just finished the Throne of Glass tandem read. I have never felt so broken in my life. I’m starting Kingdom of Ash tomorrow, and all I have heard is how much more heart breaking and gut wrenching it is than even the end of the tandem read. No part of me is ready for it 😭
