Ukraine's Ombudsman confirms this video as genuine, protesteing to the UN + ICRC. It's said to show Russian military, having removed their uniforms, using the elderly, infirm & kids, as human shields as they retreat in Kupiansk. Ukraine's troops filmed this but withheld fire.

Another drone hit on the Obolon district of Kyiv this morning saw another gas station partially destroyed. Again, this is a war crime. You don't see tanks and military vehicles filling up at regular fuel stations. There is no justification.
