It sounds like you're putting self enforced barriers so you don't have to work with actual cooks. No one immediately needs 15K auto generated unvetted recipes. And if someone uses the recipes and it sucks, what incentive is there to use the app?

The alternative that you are providing isn't good, is it a viable alternative? Why not start with a smaller number of recipes in collaboration with vegan cooks with pre-existing websites that you can have the app link to. If the goal is to convince people into vegan diets, bad recipes don't help.

How do you know if the recipes are even good without tasting them? As someone who cooks the quality of the recipe matters way more than the quantity. There's a reason why people put so much time in making recipe books.
