Here’s a page from my YA graphic novel pitch for #kidlitartpostcard! I’m a neurodivergent artist who works in a variety of media & genres, including #PB & #comics. This project includes a MC who’s also ND & discovers a psychic bond between herself & the objects in a cozy-spooky secondhand shop…

i spent my entire comics career thinking i was slow as mud for taking 2-3 years to finish each book, until my french editor called me "fast" and when i asked what he meant by that he said that on average french artists are taking 5-10 years to finish a book
