What some call "unused land" is often the last safe haven for countless living creatures. Wetlands are not empty spaces waiting to be developed. They are nurseries for birds, natural water filters, flood defenses, and wildlife habitats that cannot be replaced once lost.

When wetlands and landscapes disappear, the insects, animals, and birds do not simply move on. Many vanish quietly, habitat by habitat. Protecting such areas does not mean hindering progress; it means choosing a future where progress embraces nature rather than wiping it out.
