Currently using metanium barrier cream which seems to work reasonably well, never liked sudocreme, too harsh. I would also use good old fashioned zinc and castor oil cream.

While every saving has to be welcomed it is an insult to say you are helping people with an annual saving of £45 when you could choose to make a significant change but are beholden to the private companies. £45 a year is about 86p a week or 12p a day.
