développement de jeux vidéo, annonce s’engager dans un projet de transformation.
Dans un contexte de profonde évolution des conditions économiques de l’industrie du
jeu vidéo et de son financement, conjuguée à la dégradation des principaux indicateurs
économiques du Groupe, la Société estime nécessaire de faire évoluer son modèle
opérationnel.
Dans ce cadre, la Direction a convoqué les Instances Représentatives du Personnel de la
Société pour une réunion prévue le jeudi 3 septembre 2026. Il s’agit de la première réunion
de la procédure d’information - consultation du CSE préalable à la mise en œuvre
éventuelle d’un plan de sauvegarde de l’emploi. Parallèlement, la Direction a ouvert des
négociations avec l’organisation syndicale représentative au sein de la Société.
À l’issue de la réunion du Conseil d’administration et de la réunion des Instances
Représentatives du Personnel, la Société communiquera au marché, le jeudi 3 septembre
2026 (post-clôture), les principaux éléments et prochaines étapes du projet de
transformation, dans le respect de ses obligations réglementaires en matière
d’information du marché.

Comment bosser dans le JV sur des jeux toujours plus gros, toujours plus nombreux, toujours plus demandeurs en hardware alors que les oiseaux crèvent littéralement devant nos fenêtres? L'industrie du JV est déjà en train de s'écrouler et elle le mérite, réduire la voilure est le seul chemin.
