Norway university system is also based on intelligence. Take a few minutes to research how higher education is funded. Students do not graduate saddled with debt. Seems the worlds "best" democracy could figure out healthcare and education.

Norway produces more oil than Venezuela. And yet, between January and August 2026, electric vehicles made up 97.8 percent of all new cars sold in that country. Moving to EVs is often based on intelligence, not need. Which is why it lags in the notoriously short-sighted and stupid United States.
