So pharmacy has emailed my GP to enquire about a replacement. It’s a medication that I need to take a precise dosage for to make sure the calcium doesn’t leach out of my bones and into my bloodstream. Watch this space.

And thanks to pharmaceutical shortages, I’m unable to get a medication that I’ve been taking for seventeen years. Pharmacy could only get me half of what I usually get and no other pharmacy has it in stock. No idea whether it’s a temporary shortage or not.

Husband gets a text over the weekend from the hospital telling him they’ve made an appointment for him to attend his MRI on his heart and to call to confirm. Thing is, they haven’t said WHEN the appointment is. And the number is currently constantly engaged (being a Monday morning, not unexpected) 🤨

Exactly. Plus I would rather see him attempt a waltz or a tango before a CC. Those should be relegated to further into the competition and not allowed in a semi final either (Amber Davies last year comes to mind) but Cach needs to grow a personality first. And I’m not warming to Maddie at all rn.

Surgery have always been very accommodating and fitted him in and he’d get his vaxx. This year I just do not have the energy to ring again and ask again. He’s usually very fit and healthy apart from seasonal colds. He’s never had flu though his younger sister has had it twice and it was not fun.

So you’d think that for the very same reasons he’d be added to the flu one wouldn’t you but nope. Every single year I’d call the surgery & ask and ask. (He isn’t able to give consent should he develop flu or covid severely enough to warrant a hospital stay because of his SLD & lack of understanding)

I’ve given up trying to get my autistic, severely learning disabled son on the list to be called up for a flu vaccination. He was, after my constant enquiries, placed on the Covid vaxx list because of said vulnerabilities back then (a whole ‘nother story that one!)

You’d think that if you’re going to drop an entire season of a show onto your streaming service, you’d at least have all the episodes available? Well apparently in the case of Disney+ and season 23 of NCIS (finally) this does not seem to be the case, it would seem every other episode is missing 🤨

Only I would end up getting a paper cut on the pad of my index finger from a blister packet while popping my meds. Also, putting a bath bomb in my son’s bath last night and said paper cut coming into contact with said bath bomb. Holy shit!! 😧😖 (Ouch is an understatement)

Reminds me of the time my son got his boosters at around the same age. The doctor gave him his first jab, my son opened his mouth to yell, doc popped a chocolate button in his mouth & he was so surprised by it that he didn’t even feel the second one go in (& yes he gave him a second one for bravery)
