I suddenly can’t hydrate correctly. It started in Hawaii, which made sense because it’s a different climate. But that was more than a month ago and it never stopped. Now I’m in Denver with a migraine blaming altitude. Not to make this about me, but it’s not yet 7 am on Sunday and I have a migraine.
