Remembering that time when some big name accounts were arguing that X is all good now and the algorithm has been de-Elon'd. Wait, that was yesterday. The same time this was happening.

JK Rowling putting up a disclaimer about having mold in her castle in the FAQs section of her website is satisfying. She was so bothered about the mold she learned how to blur her backgrounds, now this. Bullies are such pathetic creatures.

Outside the RDS: “Welcome”, and then, in smaller print, “BUSINESS ATTENDEES ONLY”. In case of dilettante tourists showing up to the (checks notes) architecture expo? Is this a common problem?

Idea: rather than raise public transport fares by 15%, simply charge people who insist that their bag needs a seat on the bus 10x normal fare.

‘While "helping the old lady with her argument", he then claimed a man wearing a helmet "brushed past him" on his way inside.’ ‘After leaving the store, Mr Biggs said he was so upset that he feared causing a road accident.’ - Oh, come on, this is obviously a pitch for a sitcom.

Entertained by the idea of ‘small animal noir’ as a genre. Half-tempted to make a Wikipedia page for it. (I’m convinced that people are doing this for music genres; there are multiple Wikipedia pages on ‘genres’ that are basically one band.

4-panel comic by War and Peas Panel 1: A woman with black hair in a bun, wearing a black dress, stands against a red background, gesturing as she speaks. She says, "Ok, girls. You really need to show our guests more affection." Panel 2: She continues, "Sit on their lap, let them touch you a bit." Panel 3: She says, "Rub against their leg. You know the drill." Panel 4: The reveal: the woman is inside a cat café. Several cats of different colours sit on chairs and tables around the room. A "CAT CAFE" sign is visible reversed on the window. One black cat (Lord Nibbles) says, "I quit."
