Me da gracia que en la comentocracia el consenso es que el nombramiento de Pesquera para atender la crisis de agua es bueno porque trabajó con el superacueducto. Esto a pesar que lo que hizo fue procurar su financiamiento, nada de la ingeniería, y que esto ocurrió hace 30 AÑOS!!

El PPD no es otra cosa que la institucionalización del gaslighting y el revisionismo histórico. La reducción de la pobreza en S. XX se dio gracias a la industrialización, y también a través de la migración masiva y la esterilización forzada de mujeres. Esa reducción de pobreza se detuvo en los 70s.
