every will stancil tirade is exactly the same: selective framing of an argument that he uses to moan about how his rivals are cooked by social media and peer pressure, and that he, a terminally online guy with 100k followers, is immune to these pressures and is never wrong (& is the real victim)

💯 the usual retreat to internecine cross-factional beefs bc they can't and don't want to engage with actual politics happening in reality because it means their assumptions were bad and history (derogatory) is going to keep happening anyway even if we'd really prefer otherwise

when i say i am fine with suspension of democratic norms to ensure this never happens again, i mean that every single ICE guard described in this piece should be tried and executed on live television, and the government should maintain a printed & online publication describing their lives & crimes.

Related example. obviously dr. Traditions is shit posting. He is known for this. We all know this. Pretending he is “spinning baroque theories” is foolish behavior. People are not well and are not able to communicate with integrity bc the website incentivizes them to post self-righteous rubbish.

I don’t follow the Piker stuff, don’t care about him at all, not seeking content about him. Yet numerous posts have come across my feed of people doing precisely what this post is saying “no one” is doing. But supposedly this person has been on the case for a long time and isn’t seeing it?

I have to say, as someone who does not use this site very often, pretty much every time I come on here I experience shock at how absolutely cooked so many people on here are. Just some of the most degraded, delusional shit that is just normal daily behavior for people it’s depressing af

i’m a little confused about the “clanker” discourse in which everyone claiming it’s a slur keeps using the slur?

I find this particular bit quite vulgar. Yes, it is indicative of the shallow nature of the piece in which black clothes are said to alienate normies, with no attempt to actually prove this, or even prove why 1/3

I cannot deal with how bad Hancox-Li’s piece is. The whole thing is like this. “Song’s actions are [a] result of culture and doctrine.” Prove it! The only evidence is a brief message Hill wrote and smth alleged by the prosecution.
It might be tempting at this point to shift to a moral framework that simply blames Song for being a hothead. But that would be a mistake. Rather, Song's actions are an unsurprising result of culture and doctrine among the Prarieland activists. This isn't particularly complicated. Prior to July 4, Song himself talked about using longarms to intimidate police officers.

Per one of the activists, Susan Kent:

Autumn Hill asked Song whether the plan was for them to bring guns. "Yes," Song replied. "I'm not getting arrested."
And when police officers arrived, someone shouts "Get to the rifles," at least according to prosecutors. Song's actions flowed out of a deliberate strategy of using firearms to intimidate other armed parties. And as Song's actions demonstrate, once you commit yourself to such a strategy, you have inherently admitted the possibility of shooting, injuring, and killing the other party

Hancox-Li's stated intent is valuable. Her essay is a failure.

I'm going to flatly say: this piece is so bad it should make you suspicious of the person who wrote it and the outlet who published it. It should make you question their perspective, their political ideology, and to what degree they are actually "on your side." It certainly leads me to question.
