We really need to double down on outwardly stating our work does not contain AI. We're seeing it in movie credits and books, we have to start putting it on things we make and pressuring others to label their work as human made, and normalize that as much as we can, I think. stuff like this maybe

I think even for people who aren't artists, there are many who enjoy art as a human feat of skill and expression even if they are doing no art creation themselves. Even if AI art was better then human art, and it's not, no one gives a shit that a forklift can carry more then a weightlifter.

Not to be the fun police but I do hope people know that Arc Raiders does use generative AI for voice acting, and by supporting the game you're letting higher-ups know that this is an okay practice. They try to downplay this on the Steam store page by describing the AI usage as vaguely as possible.

A huge major life change is only a week away, and the stress and anxiety of it has hit me really, really hard. To the point where I've been struggling to care for myself and do basic functions, and I keep having very mixed and conflicting emotions that send me into a panic attack.
