Having a plan is great. Having the necessary stock of up-to-date materials is even better. Having the capacity to build a variety of drones at short notice is priceless. It's no good building drones now for use in 2 years,as they'll be out of date by then.

Got myself a Kelly Kettle (or generic equivalent) a few years ago. Boils water for tea amazingly fast, and makes a fair stab at cooking up some soup or baked beans etc, and even making toast. Pretty good, just take a few small dry sticks and paper to get it started and away you go. Wood-powered.

and an interesting aside - while I was checking that, I was on the Miriam Webster website which included this as an example of using 'interment' in a sentence. I presume interment camps are like Butlins, but with more funerals?

Tech-fan alert! Just been notified of a wonderful new kickstarter. A tiny, dinky, baby smol mouse. I suspect ideal for children under 2 and cats, but will cause hand cramp and RSI in an adult within about 3 minutes. All for $85. Why don't 'entrepreneurs' think these things through?

Tax the buggers. Make them generate their own electricity, import their own seawater, and then pay £1/kWh tax on any power they use. Also, all planning applications must include proposals on how the buildings will be used for the benefit of the community after the data centre goes bust.
