The entire point of having an administrative state to delegate regulation and oversight is so you can hire experts to regulate industries based on research. But those agencies, like the EPA and HHS, make it harder for companies to profit off of selling poison and death traps.

I am trying to think of a grey area in the story and there really isn't one. Ignorance and Want stare up at him from the shadow of Christmas Present and there isn't any ambiguity about what is bad in the world.

In 2 years I have put less than 8,000 miles on my car and averaged less than 15mph. Because driving in Tallahassee is a lot of sitting in traffic to go 4 miles in 20 minutes. Pre owned Hyundai Illantra, for when you gotta sit there.

I did a capstone project (we won an obscure award) on the topic of self driving cars. One if the rage inducing topics we covered is that policymakers couldn't decide on who would be sued if a self driving vehicle were to cause an accident.
