Just wrapped up a quick gig at Paramount! Helping a friend this weekend at the La Comic Con! My first time going to a con! Very excited! Ending this year on good note. THANK GOD!

Jeeze Louise, rewatched Spider-Man Across The Spider-Verse on Netflix… this movie is just absolutely incredible. I NEED pt. 2… WATCH IT FOR THE FIRST TIME! WATCH IT AGAIN! It’s so Fucking good. Between this and TMNT Mutant Mayhem… sheesh… animation is in full on SLAY MODE

Can’t believe how long these strikes have rolled on for. The resilience of guild, IATSE, and non-union members alike, warriors. This strike has been difficult, but god damnit… we made it through! Wishing everyone well on their journeys forward! Hope our paths cross in one way or another!🫡👏❤️

Here's a montage of every single photo I took on the WGA and SAG-AFTRA picket lines, as well as some that were taken of me by others. 1046 photos. Set to Godzilla music, because we stomped the AMPTP. www.youtube.com/watch?v=FbUF...

Seeing a lot of positivity on my timeline… I feel like it’s been so long. We earned this moment to rejoice! Wishing everyone well on their journeys forward! I’m back in the PO for now, but you BELIEVE ME… I’ll be in the writers’ room soon enough💪🫡

THE FALL OF THE HOUSE OF USHER has a mind boggling ensemble… I can’t get over these performances. Everyone acting like their rent’s due. Mark Hamill and Carl Lumbly are formidable adversaries. Pym a dark shield and Dupin a blade of justice dulled by the Usher family…

Anyone else watch the Only Murders finale and totally distraught at that final scene? It can’t just be me! I’m heartbroken! Also the Pickwick Twin song is stuck in my head. Please send help!!!!

Question on the current state of writers’ rooms… Are we remote right now? What’s the demand for a savvy WPA, who’s ready to SLAY from square one! I pride myself on making your lives easier. A cheerleader with a work ethic, who also happens to love to write and problem solve! We all win!!!

First ep of LOVE IS BLIND S5 was… bleak… I love messy… but this episode just felt depressing. Every season needs at least one Brent and Tiffany match, and I just don’t see the potential with this batch!

I’ve been offline a few days, but let’s fucking goooooo! WGA back to work. SAG meeting with AMPTP on Monday… after the ass whooping the WGA put on them, let’s will swift negotiations and a BOUNTIFUL contract upon SAG! Hoping to hit the SAG picket line on Friday!! Can’t stop, won’t stop!

Rob Maza @robmaza.bsky.social · 25/09/2023

Fuck me… NO ONE WILL SAVE YOU is insane… would’ve loved to see it on the big screen. Felt like it would’ve been a fun movie to see with an audience! Highly recommend! After you check it out, peep the page from the screenplay that’s floating around. It’s batshit crazy, and it works PERFECTLY

Uh-oh guys, "best and final offer" sounds serious. Apparently if the WGA doesn't agree to this deal Disney is just never ever going to make a movie again.

The picket lines were POPPIN’ OFF today. My god. Paramount was electric, ran out of signs. Photos from other lots were inspiring! Whether a deal is reached tonight, or another day, one thing is clear, solidarity is at an all time high. Shoutout to all the lot captains/coordinators! Love ‘em all!

We all hope there’s a deal today, but if not… that means the things our negotiators are holding out for are *important*. Things that could affect writers’ lives and careers in the near term and for decades to come. We’ve put 144 days into this. Let’s end it right. #WGAStrong

A huge shoutout to the WGA members who have been kind enough to share updates with us preWGA folks! No bullshit. No spin. Just facts. At this point, I just want facts and a GREAT deal for both guilds. They deserve it, and we all just want to get back to work!

Am I an idiot, or can you not post gifs on this app? I got this great strike joke I was gonna make, but it’s reliant on a gif of Kramer striking the bagel shop on Seinfeld… I’m a prop comic… this joke won’t land without the gif

Sweet Seven Costanza lounging on a cloud of pillows.

The Sharon Waxman article on The Wrap today isn't just disappointing because it's blatant propaganda (Courtney Kemp led over a hundred writers at today's POWER picket), it's that an exhausted industry was hoping The AMPTP was done playing games ahead of tomorrow's WGA talks.
